Going on a 2 days trip is sufficient to see some of the most interesting places in Međugorje. But if you can add 2-3 days more you’d be able to experience rather than ‘see’ that an ordinary tourist does. Let me share with you the best things to do in Međugorje and tips to make the most out of your trip.
1. Kravice Waterfall
A visit to Kravice Waterfall is warranted for every nature lover.
Going in the rainy season? Be careful, it can be slippery here. And finally, to satisfy your hunger pangs eat at the nearby cafe.

Church of Saint James, one of city’s medieval church, is one of the city’s many architectural gems.
There is so much beauty in this church, from the front facade to the interior that it’s hard to choose a favorite. As this is a sacred location, anyone who want to enter are advised to cover their knees and shoulders.
A natural crowd puller, Church of Saint James is right up there in the list of best things to do in Međugorje.
3. Međugorje’s Risen Christ Statue
Međugorje’s Risen Christ Statue is a statue standing tall in one of the major squares in Međugorje.

4. Vinogradi Nuić
A winery with a tour of the vineyard and wine making facilities.
The most interesting part are the tour of the vat rooms and cellars, where you’ll learn about the art of wine-making and storage processes.. At the end of the tour you’ll get the opportunity to taste some of the fine wine produced here.

5. Podrumi Andrija
A winery with a nice vineyard and a wine making facility.
A tour of the winery’s vat rooms and cellars is included, as is the walk through the rest of the production facility. Sampling sessions are towards the end and are generally hosted in the lovely gardens of the estate.
Add it to your Međugorje trip if you have time.
