Iceland, the country located on the tip of the north pole has not only a strong natural allure but also has a mythical past stretching back to the time when the trolls walked on the earth… or at-least says the Icelandic Sagas in which such creatures featured prominently alongside the human race.

Fun fact: The official name of Iceland is ‘Island’ (pronounced as ees-land), it’s an Icelandic word which means land of ice a.k.a Iceland.

The legendary Blue Lagoon. Who wants to come out once you are in? This man made lagoon is located on the way between the airport and Reykjavik.
