Cathedral of Aveiro is a beautiful Cathedral situated in Aveiro.
The inside is truly amazing, with gold decorations, detailed woodwork, frescos, and exquisite paintings on the walls and ceilings. In the Cathedral of Aveiro’s chapel you will find beautiful embellishments and exquisite stuccowork by some of the most renowned artists of the time.

One of my favorite thing to do here is simply grabbing a book, and lying down on the lap of green. Parque Dom Pedro Infante provides the visitors with a much needed break from the hustle and bustle of Aveiro.

If you are into shipbuilding and sailing you will love this museum.
The naval exhibits which includes photos & model ships is quite informative. Ílhavo Maritime Museum presents well the history of ships and navigation in the region.
