You can board the Bus at basement of Terminals 1, 2 and 3 and get down at Capitol Building. From there you can easily take a walk 5 minutes. You will find that frequency of Bus is every 5 minutes.
The total journey time is 50 min. You need to pay extra for the luggage. Seat isn’t guaranteed, but there is a good chance you will find one.
