The Bus line you need to take is 36. Your Bus journey originates at basement of Terminals 1, 2 and 3 and ends at Suntec Twr Three. From there you can simply go on a walk 5 minutes.
Every 10 minutes you will find a Bus available. You will get to Beach Road in around 50 min. Seat isn’t guaranteed, but there is a good chance you will find one.
