Step 1: First, you need to get to Tanah Merah Station by MRT. The MRT originates from basement of Terminal 2.
The first MRT from Singapore Airport to Johor Bahru, Malaysia is at 05:30 while the last one is at 23:30. You will get to Tanah Merah Station in around 5 min.

Step 2: Then, board the MRT, which you need to deboard at City Hall. The MRT line you need to take is East West Green.
